Jersey Shore Children’s Museum
Last Saturday, we took a ride down to the Jersey Shore Children’s Museum for a little play date. Located in an old storefront in the mall, it’s actually packed with things for toddlers to do. The kids had a really fun time pretending to be TV reporters, grocery shop, take care of animals, and building. It was only $4 to get in thanks to a Groupon.
Valentine’s Day sure snuck up on me this year, most likely because I honestly think it’s kind of a dumb holiday. However, it was the perfect excuse for some crafting. Ben gave out these really cute DIY cards from Dandee Designs. They were free to print, I just had to cut out and glue the little bugs on (I got them here on Amazon). That night, we had a dinner in since going out on Valentine’s Day with two little kids would be a daunting task.
We gave HelloFresh another try this week. While I do love meal planning (see my post on that HERE!) – sometimes, life really gets in the way and it’s a nice break to have someone else do the work. For only $60 for three meals, it’s well worth the convenience in my book. It’s also easy to throw in another piece of chicken or beef to make the meal go further if you have company. We even had a special Valentine’s Day dinner (NY strip steak) that was awesome. If you’re a first time customer, you can get $40 off your first week using my referral link here.
My Brother, My Brother, and Me
If you’re into podcasts, you must check out MBMBaM. They are three brothers giving life advice and I listen to them every time I get in the car. They make me laugh out loud, seriously. Give them a listen (I listen to them on Google Play, but they’re also in the iTunes store)!
